AutoVectis is the name of a suite of software, originally an output of the Kilgour Lab, now developed by Vibrat-Ion Ltd and licensed via Spectroswiss, to make processing mass spectrometry data easier.  Mass spec data can be difficult and time consuming to process and the standard software you get with your instrument may not provide all the capabilities or adaptability you need – or may provide it, but be so complex to use/train or require so much manual input as to be unuseable. The aim of AutoVectis is to solve these problems: provide powerful world class data processing capabilities for users whilst also keeping it as simple as possible.

As AutoVectis has been based on the Kilgour Lab site for many years – we intend to maintain that link to ensure users can find the information where they expect it to be.
